We've implemented Mitel at a few customer sites, and I can't really say that we are all together ecstatic about it. Dunno whether the support from Mitel / the disti (Centravoice) has something to do with it, but we are actually refraining from proposing this where possible. For the small requirements, we are now looking at Aristel's products, but haven't done any implementations as yet.
